Comments
The IPB Delrin bolt was the first and for a long time only
upgrade bolt available for the Impulse. The whole purpose of an after market bolt is
to add performance. The IPB Delrin bolt does that and then some. First, it's
Delrin. Everyone loves a Delrin bolt...why, because they don't have o-rings and do
not require lubrication. That equals less overall maintenance. Second, Delrin
weighs less than aluminum, so with less weight to move, your Impulse will require less air
to cycle and therefore become more efficient. Third is actually second part two,
again because the bolt weighs less, it will cycle easier and reduce if not eliminate the
little kick that the Impulse has to begin with. This assists you with accuracy.
With your Impulse kicking around less from shot to shot you will be able to
maintain you aim better, therefore increasing accuracy.
The Details
- SIZE: The IPB Delrin bolt is the same length
as the stock Impulse bolt, 5 11/16 inches long and uses the stock bolt pin.
- STYLE: It is a venturi style design with one
hole on top and two holes on the bottom. Interestingly enough, this is the opposite
of the stock aluminum bolt which has two holes on top and one on the bottom.
- COLOR: This is all about the COOLNESS
FACTOR!! Nothing is more cool than having your Delrin bolt colored to match your
Impulse.
